Bodegas Arloren: The History of a Dream and Extraordinary Spanish Wines
Bodegas Arloren is a dream made reality. It represents a challenge assumed by a typical Spanish family, who from generation to generation have managed to capture with great love the history of the good work of 4 generations in some extraordinary Spanish wines, full of values and personality. Bodegas Arloren was founded in the year 1975 and has as its main activity, the production and aging of quality wines.
Denomination of Origin and Terroir
The company has its main headquarters in Murcia and the winery in Cañada del Trigo, Jumilla, belonging to its Denomination of Origin. This denomination, which comprises some 30,000 hectares of vineyards, has been highlighted by the specialized press as an emerging designation of origin by the quality and originality of its wines. Our winery is located in Cañada del Trigo. In this region the climatic conditions, such as the average annual temperature, the scarcity of rainfall and the number of hours of sun per year, as well as the characteristics of the soil, limestone and poor in organic matter, make the cultivation of the vine favorable.
The Craft: Wines, Vermouths, and Brandies
Each of our wines contains a beautiful and endearing story. In Bodegas Arloren we are a small team of people, where the primary thing is trust, family and closeness. We have wanted to pay tribute to the 4 generations of the Family with 1 wine for each generation. Our commitment is driven by the enthusiasm and dedication for the land, the roots of the family and the passion for the wine.
- VERMUTS: A personal project of José Antonio, born from his passion for vermouth together with a careful selection of our best Monastrell broths. Our vermouths are characterized by their brown tone and their reddish and golden touches that the maceration of the grapes 100% Monastrell and the plants, flowers and roots especially selected, following the old family recipe.
- BRANDY: Elaborated from a careful selection and aging of our wines, our brandy is made with grapes 100% Monastrell, characteristic of the area. It ages slowly in French oak boots for 24 months, followed by a period of twelve months in bottle before its commercialization.
