Become a Favor Runner: Deliver and Earn Across Texas

Make money and a meaningful impact in your community by delivering restaurants, groceries, and more to Texans near you. Runners are what we call delivery drivers who deliver with Favor. By Texans, for Texans—when it comes to food delivery, no one goes above and beyond for Texans like Favor. The Freedom to Fit Your Life

Favor is designed to fit your life. Everything from when and where you deliver to how often you get paid is totally up to you. As an independent contractor, you’ll have the freedom to choose when and where you deliver, which orders you accept, and how much you can make with extra earning opportunities. “Being a single mother, I love that I am able to work when it’s convenient for me! Understanding Your Earnings

We believe delivering should be rewarding. Between base pay, tips, and promos, you can feel confident about what you’re earning. For every order, you’ll always receive base pay and a customer tip. Here is how the earnings are structured:

• Base Pay: Ranges from $2–$14+ based on factors like time, distance, and effort.
• Tips: Runners keep 100% of the customer’s tip, and Favor requires a minimum tip for all orders.
• Promos: Promos can increase your earnings when you complete deliveries in specific neighborhoods or during a specific time period. You can find active promos in your area in the Runner app.

Runners receive automatic weekly deposits, but can also transfer earnings to a debit card anytime using Instant Pay for just $0.99.

What are the requirements for becoming a Favor Runner?

To deliver with Favor, you must be at least 18 years old. All you need is a smartphone, Runner card (provided by Favor), and reliable transportation to get started. Specifically, you must have:

• A smartphone
• A valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation (car, truck, motorcycle, scooter) and personal auto insurance
• A bank account to process your direct deposit
• A clean driving record and background check

Shopping and Delivering with the App

The app shows item locations, store maps, customer substitutions, and more to help make shopping more efficient. You can get guidance while you shop that can help you select the best items and provide excellent customer service. Help your neighbors get the H-E-B essentials they need, including last-minute ingredients, medicine on a sick day, or a fresh bouquet. Just follow the in-app prompts, show your QR code or use tap to pay with your Runner card, and hit the road. It's that simple!
