This Bohema is a new $1.36 million road-legal, limited edition luxury hypercar, where only 89 will be produced over five years for those who manage to acquire one of these. Production is set to start in 2023, and 10 of 89 cars have already been allocated to customers next year. Praga has now begun taking orders for 2023 and has already committed the final car, number 89, to a client in the US.

The Hyper-Tower offers a collection of luxury residential units, including mansions and villas, which vary in size from quarter-floor to full-floor, and expansive two-floor penthouses. Each residence is constructed with high-quality materials and features premium finishes, aiming to provide a luxurious living environment. Furthermore, residences are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of Dubai's skyline and the Burj Khalifa. The interior design of the Hyper-Tower's mansions and villas is inspired by Jacob & Co.'s jewelry and horology.

The development includes quarter-floor units named after gemstones, featuring:

• Two and two-plus bedroom units are designated as Emerald Villas and Sapphire Villas, respectively.
• Three-bedroom units are referred to as Ruby Villas, which also include private infinity pools.
