Documentation and Pricing
When importing a product, you will need to provide its HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) number to calculate duties, tariffs, and other taxes. We serve as your second line of defense, assisting to validate product classifications to avoid costly mistakes which may result in Fines & Penalties from U.S. Customs. We will assist and advise on required documentation that are needed to be submitted with customs entries. Regarding our pricing, we offer the following structures:
- $95 Brokerage Entry Fee: Plus MPF: 0.3464% of value (Min. $27.75 | Max $538.40).
- $105 Brokerage Entry Fee: Flat fee for late nights, weekends, and holidays clearance.
- $125 Brokerage Entry Fee: Plus ISF Filling: $35.00, ISF Bond (If required): $60.00, and Harbor Maintenance Fee: 0.125%.
Additional costs may include PGA (If required) at $25.00 and Prior Notice (If required) at $35.00. For the first time Importer, You need to prepare the required documents and you can find a list of all the forms related to your custom import in our downloads section.
