- PO number or Order number (6-digits)
On the Welcome Screen, select Register Now, then Create a New Account. Using your 6-digit KI order number or your specific Purchase Order (PO) number, you can review information regarding your order. The delivery schedule provides a detailed breakdown of when your product will deliver. It also details which KI manufacturing center it shipped from, who the carrier is, and delivery contact information.
Analytics of Orders and Business Intelligence
In section “Analytics of orders” you can see analytics data of orders from all the shops or only from a definite shop that might be of your interest. You can also see analytics for a definite time period. Note: analytics of orders is updated once an hour. If there are changes made in analytics, then you will see already changed data.
Key Indicators for E-commerce Performance
Below the statistics there is a gear icon, pressing which allows you to configure the panel. The following table summarizes the primary metrics used to evaluate business performance:
| Indicator | Description |
|---|---|
| Income | Displays the general order sum for the given period. |
| Amount paid | Displays total sum of paid orders for the given period. |
| Number of orders | Displays the total amount of orders for the given period. |
| Gross profit | Displays the profitability index for the given period. |
| AOV | Displays the sum of all purchases made by the customer divided by the number of tickets. |
Filtering and Panel Settings
The heading of the page has a unified filter attached, which holds its position when scrolling. With its help you can collect data from all shops or from any selected shop and filter data on key order types: created, completed or paid. You can also configure the “Key indicators” widget. There is an order filter “Do not include cancelled orders” set by default. This way the report is made for all orders except those that are in “Cancel” status.
Some key indicator values are displayed in minimized mode. The graphs present data depicting the change of indicators in time. The red colour of indicator tells of value decrease in the current period in comparison with the previous one. The percentage in small print in the top of the indicator displays the change of the current value in comparison with the previous one.
