GT GLOBAL Inaugurates Modern Intermodal Terminal of GT+logistics in Altamira
GT GLOBAL reaffirms its commitment to invest in the southern zone of Tamaulipas and to generate solutions for its clients with the inauguration and the start of operations of the new Terminal Intermodal of GT+logistics located in Altamira, Tamaulipas. This world-class infrastructure is designed to potentiate the efficiency in the movement and resguardo of merchandise. The inauguration was carried out with the presence of the brothers Herman and Robert Fleishman, Presidente and Presidente Ejecutivo de GT GLOBAL, and the Mayor of Altamira, Dr. Armando Martínez Manríquez, along with the industrial community of southern Tamaulipas.
Strategic Infrastructure and Investment
GT GLOBAL has invested more than $120 MDP for the development and commissioning of this infrastructure. The terminal features a 10,000 m2 warehouse, providing an optimal space for the handling and storage of goods in a safe and efficient manner. Furthermore, the terminal counts with railroad spurs with a capacity to store up to 60 rail cars, facilitating a constant and efficient flow of cargo.
This project also represents a significant boost for the local economy. In the creation of this terminal, 50 direct jobs and 100 indirect jobs are generated, strengthening the economy of southern Tamaulipas. This investment shows the vision of GT GLOBAL and the firm commitment to continue fostering and investing in the southern zone of the state through projects that generate value for the development of the community.
